What is Lawn Bowling?
It’s like “curling on grass”, but without the sweeping! Roll your bowl to a target ‘jack’ ball. It curls several feet due to a bias built into each bowl. We welcome players of all ages and provide bowls at no charge for newcomers. The only requirement is that you wear flat-soled shoes, preferably a pair you can use exclusively on the green. ABOUT US
We are a very friendly non-profit club offering good sportsmanship, gentle exercise, and plenty of social opportunities. We bowl from May to the end of September. We have an excellent green and a roomy clubhouse. We host a variety of tournaments and events and always welcome new members. Member volunteers operate, maintain and enhance the clubhouse, green and facilities, as well as organizing social activities. Visit our Membership page for more
